I have read Rich Dad Poor Dad several times and other Robert Kiyosaki works of which there are many. I personally dislike his Trumpist attitude.
I follow Dave Ramsey on Facebook. I'm not currently debt free, but maybe I should give the debt snowball a shot. I like having good credit, but Dave thinks being debt free is way more important than a debt score. What do you think?
I've been a member of the Motley Fool Community for years now, and I have their personal finance workbook only half way filled out.
Enough about me, who do you trust with financial decisions? Do you follow any person in particular?
I definitely need more discipline with finances. Organizing better will help. I've used Quicken for EVER and still have it, but I need to update it to cover the last three months. I have several ideas that would make a good deal of money, but need help getting my financial life together. A lot of Americans struggle with living from paycheck to paycheck including Cody and I, but IT'S TIME TO DO BETTER!
While building the King Ryan Radio Community, what do we want the finances section to be about? Financial basics/literacy? An investment club? I am open to anything, so please share your ideas, and we will see what we can create!
If you have ideas, please go to our forum and make them known!
