Have you ever heard of CASA? I had not until recently. CASA is short for Court Appointed Special Advocate and its mission is this: "The National CASA/GAL Association for Children supports and promotes court-appointed volunteer advocacy for children and youth who have experienced abuse or neglect. We believe that every child should be given the opportunity to thrive in a safe and loving home."
King Ryan Radio believes in giving back to our community so everyone within it can thrive. Being a Court Appointed Special Advocate completely encompasses that vision because it gives a child hope and can help shape that child for a bright future. To learn more about what a CASA volunteer is all about, just watch this video:
CASA has programs throughout the United States and in Arkansas. In Arkansas, they are divided into districts, and Russellville, AR houses the offices of the CASA 5th Judicial District at 400 W Main St, Russellville, AR, United States, Arkansas or can be reached by phone at (479) 880-1195. CASA of the 5th Judicial District also has a Facebook page. https://www.facebook.com/CASA5th

King Ryan Radio cannot think of a better way to spend your extra time and energy than volunteering to help one of these kids out! Just think about the impact you can make by spending a couple of hours a week with someone who needs a friend and mentor. Have you ever heard of save the children? This is how you truly do it, so click this link to volunteer today:
